A bending metal sculpture located atop Crown Point just outside Burnley UK, Panoptics harnesses the wind to ignite an audio experience as well as a visual one. A public arts project built to honor and embrace the current creative renaissance over the course of 6 years. Panoptics was designed by architects Tonkin-Liu (http://www.tonkinliu.co.uk/).
